DAYS/7 NIGHTS KOMODO – FLORES OVERLAND ADVENTURE TOURS (Private)
Day 01: Bali –
Maumere – Moni (L.D)
Hotel pick up in Bali, transfer to the airport for flight
to Maumere (East Flores). On arrival in Waioti airport of Maumere
meet your tour guide. Lunch will be served at local restaurant,
then the trip continues to Moni through Paga & Wolowaru Village.
Arrive in Moni and check in at Flores Sare Inn or similar, for
dinner and overnight stay.
Day 02: Moni –
Kelimutu – Moni – Riung (B.L.D)
This trip will start at 04.30 am and you drive up to the amazing
view of tree colored lakes of Kelimutu and enjoy the sunrise.
Get back to the hotel for breakfast, then continue the trip to
Ende. Lunch will get served at local restaurant, drive back to
Bajawa with stop Nanga Penda to see the Blue Stone. Arrive at
Riung check in at Pondok SVD for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03: Riung (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel, sail to “Pulau Tujuh Belas”
(Seventeen Island). Enjoy the snorkeling on white sandy beach
of Rutong Island, take short walks circling the island. Picnic
lunch at Rutong Beach, sail to Kalong Island see myrids of bat
colony hanging on the mangroves trees. Late afternoon return to
Riung, back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04: Riung –
Bajawa – Ruteng (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel, continue the trip to Bajawa with stop
at Soa to enjoy the hot spring water. Arrive at Bajawa and visit
Bena to see the traditional village, lunch will be served at local
restaurant before continuing the trip to Aimere to see “Arak”
distillation and fresh palm juice tapping. Late afternoon arrive
at Ruteng, check in at Dahlia Hotel or similar for dinner and
to stay overnight.
Day 05: Ruteng –
Labuan Bajo (B.L.D)
Early morning take a fresh walk up to Golocuru Hill to witness
the golden sunrise and enjoy the panoramic view of Ranaka, the
highest peak on the Island lies in the background of Ruteng town.
Back to the hotel for breakfast, after continue to Labuan Bajo
with stop over at Lembor to see the panoramic Spider Rice Fields.
Arrive in Labuan Bajo check in at New Bajo Beach Hotel or similar
for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 06: Labuan Bajo
– Rinca – Pink Beach – Komodo Island (B.L.D)
Breakfast at hotel, your guide will pick you up and transfer is
made to the harbor catching the traditional boat across to Rinca
Island. On arrival it's trekking time and walking through the
typical green forest to explore the wild Komodo Dragons and other
animals (deer, pigs, monkey, buffalo and many kinds of birds).
A local ranger will lead you to this nature preservation. After
trekking for approximately 2.5 hours, back to the boat proceeding
to Pink Beach for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in unspoiled
coral reef and many colorful fish. Lunch will be served on board,
before boating to Komodo Island. Dinner and overnight stay on
boat or at Ranger Lodges.
Day 07: Komodo Island
– Bidadari – Labuan Bajo (B.L.D)
Breakfast on boat, then trekking in green forest to explore the
wild Komodo Dragons and other animals (deer, pigs, monkey, buffalo
and many kinds of birds). A local ranger will lead you to this
nature preservation. Later back to the boat proceed to Bidadari
Island for swimming and snorkeling in unspoiled coral reef and
colored fish. Lunch will be served on boat. Afterwards back to
Labuan Bajo, direct transfer to the New Bajo Hotel or similar
for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 08: Labuan Bajo
– Mirror Cave – Bali (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Short city sightseeing will be made, visiting
to the local market and see the huge Batu Cermin (Mirror Cave)
before transfer to the airport for flying back to Bali. Arrive
in Bali, get transferred back to your original hotel.
