Discover a new philosophy in environmentally aware accommodation. Fourteen luxury Villas designed to enhance the beauty of the existing site have been snugly fitted into the curves of the Petanu river valley with minimal environmental impact.

Preservation of existing vegetation and the protection of the river and wildlife reflect the concept. Villas are oriented to face west, with spectacular views across and along the river.

 

Natural materials and colors enhance the natura ambience in all one-bedroom and two bedroom villas. Of course you will not miss things like CD and Video Compact Disc systems, it's part of every villa.

 All Villas are entered on the living and bedroom area level, some also have a downstairs open air living area with an authentic "Bale" that is kind of a large day bed that will let you relax and view the amazing nature, private gardens and valley. Some villas have also a plunge pool on this level.

 

  

 


 
 

All villas are completely private and have a marble bathroom with separate glass shower and outdoor terrazzo soaking bathtub.

On the banks of the Petanu river, the Natura Spa explores the traditional beauty and healing rituals of Bali in a spirit of harmony with the surrounding environment. Traditional Balinese and Javanese massage and body treatments are conducted here to the soothing sounds of constant flowing water.

The two private massage rooms have change facilities, a cafe and juice bar, adjacent to a 20 metre lap pool. Direct access to natural springs enhances a totally rejuvenating experience of communuion with nature.

  

 


 

 

 

  

 

"The river and the jungle": On your way back from the Spa you can feel and hear the jungle site, until you reach the plateau again with its dramatic views across and along the river, already rich and densely vegetated with coconuts, palms, exotic fruit and abundance of advanced native trees. Natural springs abound in this haven of peace and tranquillity.

 

 

Just 3 km outside of the centre of Ubud, in a small village seemingly untouched by the hands of time we found a true perl.

Natura Resort & Spa is one of the very few places we visited and immediately wanted to extend our visit over the weekend. Numerous resorts around Ubud try to excel in the "river valley spa" concept. This resort is among the very best, and a truly naturally relaxing place. Highly recommended.
