Rates for accommodation are quoted for the single or double occupancy including a child under 12 years (without extra bed), if not otherwise indicated. All Rates include local tax and service charge, and are subject to change without prior notice. For reservations the rates charged are those indicated as " Bali1 rates" at time of your confirmation of your reservation. Rates are quoted in US$ currency and billed in US$ for the Deposit, and also in US$ for the Final payment 3 days before arrival.

Deposit charged by Bali1.com, a division of Bali based and registered CV. Pacifico company, include the cost of the first night's stay after a confirmation is issued. You will be informed accordingly and receive the official confirmation of your reservation from Bali1.com. This deposit will be charged to your credit card as a deposit to guarantee your booking.

Final payment. The balance of the accommodation cost will be charged by Bali1.com to your credit card 3 days before of your arrival in Bali. Inability to collect the balance payment will make the reservation subject to automatic cancellation. Rates are quoted and billed in US$ currency.

Alternative payment. On request payment can be made by telegraphic transfer with agreement that all charges or costs incurred are the clients' responsibility and the client agrees to specify "Full or Net Amount" when making payment by bank transfer. Company bank account details will be provided.

Change of booking. A US$15 administration fee will be charged by Bali1.com for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to availability of the accommodation booked.

Minimum required booking. The required booking is 2 nights per hotel. A US$15 administration fee will be charged for one night only reservations.

Extension of stay after arrival. If a client wishes to extend his/her stay at the hotel reserved through Bali1.com after his/her arrival in Bali, neither Bali1.com nor the the hotel is under any obligation to apply the Bali1.com rate applicable to the original booking to any additional nights.

Cancellation and refunds. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation will result in forfeiture of the deposit received by Bali1.com if the cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to arrival, or no show. Refunds of deposit will be issued on request for a cancellation of reservation until 8 days before arrival at the hotel, minus an administrative fee of US$ 25 per hotel room booked. No refunds will be made if a booking should be only partly utilized, breakfast and/or other added values are not taken, or if other services booked are not utilized.

Exception Some hotels have different terms and conditions for high or peak seasons that are only available to us after we receive the hotels confirmation of reservation. Should their seasonal terms be any different than our terms as indicated on this page we will notify you accordingly and you are under no obligation to accept any seasonal terms without your approval. No charge to your card will apply in case you disapprove the hotels seasonal terms. Same approach applies for any bookings for the Peak season before and after New Year where many hotels base their acceptance of bookings on your acceptance of "New Years's Eve Dinners". We will inform you in detail accordingly Before we confirm your reservation or charge your credit card.

Liability Bali1.com act only as agent for the hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who are providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall Bali1.com be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), over bookings, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or by any other act not within the control of Bali1.com, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, Bali1.com at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. Bali1.com in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or services.
